Sacchital merges Neophane into the main company

Since April 1, 2014, Neophane is  merged with Sacchital Spa. The change  only affect corporate structure, while the two production sites remain in their separate locations. The Neophane Brand and Logo will remain on all Sacchital Corporate communication.
